At checkout, you will only be charged the cost of the blank product.

After your order has been submitted, our team will reach out to collect any additional design information. Once your order details have been confirmed, we will send over an invoice for the additional customization charges. Once payment is received, we will begin creating your custom patches. Turnaround time is typically between 7 – 10 days.

One of the main things one needs to pay close attention to when desiring that a specific piece of artwork be turned into a custom patch is the type of border applied. There are basically two styles to choose from: merrowed and hot cut.

The merrowed style border is used for standard patch shapes such as circles, squares, rectangles, triangles and any other shape that does not have complex outer cut lines and edges. This border style is used to ensure that no threads will fray or separate from the patch.

A hot cut border is applied when there are complex cut lines and edges much like what you may see on a traditional firefighter patch. This border style is not quite as thick as what you may find on a patch with a merrowed border.
